With an area of 118 acres and the location near the royal district where holds many ceremonial occasions for centuries ,a formerly historic horse racing venue holds great potential as a national memorial park for His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

The memorial park acts as the recollection of royaly-Initiated

projects during the reign of the late King. Turning it into various learning centres for all ages, the project holds onto His Majesty’s initial aim to encourage lifelong-learning for Thai people.
